Private & Group Classes
My first Yogi with Parkinson's was Al...
…Each Monday night we pushed the furniture aside in his kitchen and got down on the floor to breathe and move and stretch. After the first few months together, Al made a routine visit to his neurologist. The doctor was so impressed by Al’s improvement that he began referring clients to me.
I owe the ability to create a successful Yoga for PD program to Al and each Yoga student that came after him. They’ve taught me way more than I have taught them—about dignity and grace, curiosity, humor, stability and compassion.
Parkinson’s Disease is a bear, but it’s a slow-moving bear. Yoga slows it down even more.
By committing to a regular Yoga practice, you can gain flexibility, balance, strength and a deep sense of calm.
I offer private and group classes for those living with Parkinson’s. Please contact me or schedule your class online.
Let’s work together to bring fluidity, movement and calm back into your life.
