…Each Monday night we pushed the furniture aside in his kitchen and got down on the floor to breathe and move and stretch. After the first few months together, Al made a routine visit to his neurologist. The doctor was so impressed by Al’s improvement that he began referring clients to me.
I owe the ability to create a successful Yoga for PD program to Al and each Yoga student that came after him. They’ve taught me way more than I have taught them—about dignity and grace, curiosity, humor, stability and compassion.
